I found the Tier 2 training to be one of the most impactful and thought-provoking sessions I’ve attended.
The use of real-life experiences, especially those shared by people with lived experience of learning disabilities and/or autism, added depth and authenticity that brought the learning to life. The training not only increased my knowledge around reasonable adjustments and person-centred care but also challenged unconscious biases and enhanced my confidence in supporting individuals more appropriately.
It was well-structured, interactive, and sensitively delivered, with a strong emphasis on human rights, communication, and positive risk-taking.
I would highly recommend it to all who serve the public as it supports inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant practice in line with the Health and Care Act.

Callan was by far THE MOST engaging speaker I have ever had the pleasure of learning with, I feel privileged to have met him and gained from his knowledge and experience, his delivery and approach is totally unique and it will stick with me! The guest speakers were fantastic and also extremely passionate, I wish I could do it all over again in the future! The whole world NEEDS to be taught be callun! He should be a motivational speaker!
