"An excellent day, exceeded expectations . Very inspiring and beautifully delivered sessions.
Very engaging speaker and guess speakers. Probably one of the best training session I have attended in my career as a nurse. Very informative. Thank you
Excellent interaction and passion from the trainer. He was incredibly articulate and engaging, with real passion for change and an infectious desire for change. I came away with new skills and passion to make changes at home and work and in life"
"Callan was by far THE MOST engaging speaker I have ever had the pleasure of learning with, I feel privileged to have met him and gained from his knowledge and experience, his delivery and approach is totally unique and it will stick with me! The guest speakers were fantastic and also extremely passionate, I wish I could do it all over again in the future! The whole world NEEDS to be taught be callun! He should be a motivational speaker! Fantastic day! On a personal note he took the time to support and talk to me separately from the class, he was kind, compassionate and approachable!"
"I found the Tier 2 training to be one of the most impactful and thought-provoking sessions I’ve attended. The use of real-life experiences, especially those shared by people with lived experience of learning disabilities and/or autism, added depth and authenticity that brought the learning to life. The training not only increased my knowledge around reasonable adjustments and person-centred care but also challenged unconscious biases and enhanced my confidence in supporting individuals more appropriately.
It was well-structured, interactive, and sensitively delivered, with a strong emphasis on human rights, communication, and positive risk-taking. I would highly recommend it to all who serve the public as it supports inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant practice in line with the Health and Care Act."

"Wow- what a session!"
"Never encountered such enthusiastic and knowledgable trainers. This is a really important topic and so essential that the learning sticks- therefore, exactly the right people to deliver the training to make it memorable. They have lived experience and that was so very more effective than simply watching a PowerPoint.
Absolutely brilliant. Hopefully this will make a difference in the legacy of Oliver."

"I can't tell you how extraordinarily respected and
supported I felt"
"I just wanted to give some feedback and to deliver a huge thank you to Amanda and Dean.
I work remotely due to long-term illness, and often struggle with being able to attend mandatory training. While I'm used to people being resistant to supporting virtual attendance or hesitant to discuss ways to work around my health, Amanda Collinge was immediately supportive and put me in touch with Dean Welham, who was phenomenal.
Dean not only supported me attending virtually, but used it as an opportunity to model how easy it can be to make reasonable adjustments for the other attendees, and ensured I felt involved and included in the training and group throughout. I can't tell you how extraordinarily respected and supported I felt, and it hugely supported my ability to engage with the training, which has gone on to inform how I work with neurodivergent clients in my practice."
Absolutely brilliant. Hopefully this will make a difference in the legacy of Oliver."
